I have pretty weak hips, with the left being significantly weaker than the right. You've probably guessed that this is causing some "issues" in the saddle. Right now I'm doing some PT exercises to strengthen my hips, but I was wondering if anyone had any other exercises (in saddle or out) that would help. I also tend to squeeze with both legs when I'm trying to just squeeze with the left. Fairly certian that is linked to the weaker leg thing. Really annoying, but I think I just need to concentrate more on NOT contracting the right leg.
