    Woah, sorry, I'm not an avid horse forum-er. Perks of being a college student I guess. But! Things you've done in therapy...if you've gone.. Anything really.. Just to make sure that nothing tightens up. So reach for your toes, stand up in your stirrups and reach for the sky... Anything that makes sure that you're as loosey-goosey as possible so that nothing tightens up out of nowhere and causes you unforeseeable pain. Plus, it teaches your horse patience and all that jazz.
