There is one I have, I think it is called The Horse Owners Encyclopedia (ill double check the name when I head up to the barn). It has all your basics about breeds, care, Dressage, Jumping, Western. I also have another one called The Elements of Dressage that explains the Training Pyramid and makes everything about training a horse so clear, its my favorite book! I will double check the authors and titles when I head up to the barn.
