So, I've never been that great at keeping my heels down. It's not that they physically can't go down- they can- but I just have to keep on reminding myself and then after a bit they come right up again.
I have a theory that I might be gripping with my knees and blocking the weight from flowing to my heels, but I've never really noticed myself doing this before...
So anyway, do you guys have any tips on how to keep them down? Or do you have any other theories or ways to stop gripping with my knees (if I am gripping with my knees)
