My horse had been lame for over a year and he is fully sound! Wooo!! Am very excited for trying new things with him again. I have been riding bareback for a year maybe now, just in the menage and nothing over a 2 and a half foot jump. But I really want to start hacking bareback. I have walked and collected cantered out bareback. Have you got any tips for hacking out bareback and galloping?
I can gallop, have never really been a dressage kind of person, more a hacking kind of girl lol. Have felt safe galloping for ages now and fancied challenging myself. Thank you very much you lovely people
P.S. I am 16, our horse (me and my mum share) is 16.2hh and appaloosa x cob. We have had him for 5 years and i've been riding for 6 maybe?
