How big to ride a haflinger?

Ok, so first I'm new to horse forum and it's great"(: but I was wondering if I am a good size for my haffy? He is going to be 6 years old this year and he's (I think) 13 or a couple inches hands tall. And I am 13,weigh 100lbs. And I'm about 5'3. He has a big neck and chest I'm just wondering if I'm fine for him thanks oh and I ride him bareback every ride I go on if that matters lol.
