I found mine through word of mouth. Decided upon her because price was great. Was willing to let me work off my lessons since my parents couldn't really afford them. Barn was a family type atmosphere where everyone was very friendly and helpful. The stable had many students right in my age group and at same level so we all learned together which was really nice. Horses were all happy and healthy looking. And from speaking to people in the barn and outside the barn she was very well noted and people were known to stick with her for years and years. It wasn't like any other stable in the area where you arrived got on and rode to the clock and got off and went home. We had to get our own horses ready and cooled out. And we were more than welcome to hang out and help and learn more than just the riding part. She would allow for extra riding time before and after lessons and even ride extra horses that needed the exercise.
