Well sense you have 24 hours I would definantly ice it down, and if its hurtin you then take some pain medicine. Do you think you might of spraind it? I would recommend you get alot of protien, because obviously protein repairs and builds. But make sure you stay off it, ice it down good but also kinda stretch it abit so it don't get real stiff..
