I Need Some Reading Material!

Does anyone have a suggestion on a book for toning/conditioning a horse's muscles, and/or how to get it more supple?

Don't know about toning, but for suppleness, "Build a Better Athlete". If you can do those exercises, you will be able to isolate and move any part of your horse wherever you want.
