I rly just wanted to share my moment of idiotness... Friday I was doing an exercise tape because im trying to get into shape, well I was doing a lunge or something similar and tweaked what ever connects your inner thigh to your groin. I went to the barn today and was still a little sore but I rly wanted to ride so I got on anyways. Big mistake! I am in so much pain in that area! Sitting, standing, walking, stretching all hurts!
I hope the pain goes away by thursday so I can ride then :(
