I have never actually really done exercises to help my balance on a horse so I would like some ideas. Because the last three years I have either been riding pregnant or shortly after having a baby and my core muscles are far from what they should be. Sense this is my last baby I want to do some things to help regain my balance and help my core a lot more.
Does anybody have any good exercises that help? They need to be exercises I can do on my own without having someone lunge me or lead me on my horse because that would not go well at all. I do ride often without stirrups because I am more comfortable without them. Also, I don't ride with weight in my stirrups. I don't know if that will have any affect on the exercises or not.,
