Lesson Plans?

So tomorrow, I'm taking my sister up to my barn to have her ride.
She partly leases a little QH/STB mare and she rides english.
She's been a little nervous about getting back on since we had a little freak out on a windy day.
She been on three times since then but only western. I'm hoping to get her english tomorrow.
Since other from the barn will be at the show, I'll be giving her a lesson.
I already have a plan or lots of walking, trotting, figure eights, serpentines, trotting poles, and a little cantering.

My sister's a very good rider for the time she's been riding, good quite hands and legs, an awesome seat and position, so I'm not afraid to push her.

What would you guys do if she was your sister? I just want to hear some ideas to see if I can pop something new in(:

Honestly, I would work on getting her confidence back up again. Don't be afraid to push her but don't push her too hard because that won't help her very much. The only thing I could say is to maybe have her count strides at the canter out loud, I've found it's kind of hard to be afraid when you're talking and riding at the same time. Do whatever you think you should though, she's your sister and you know her best .
