Hello everyone :) I am so happy I couldn't help but share with you. I had my 4th ride on my green broke paint gelding. He turned two 31st October 2011 :) On my 4th ride I really started asking him for things. Moving all parts of his body, he was a little confused but we got through it (nothing dirty) .. asking for long and low.. BEAUTIFUL!! Only in walk and jog, nice and steady sooo happy! He's super super soft. I cannot wait until Wednesday to have another ride, He is home from the breakers (brought him home yesterday) and so he has his 'weekend' off which is Monday and Tuesday and then I shall have pictures Wednesday! I know it's not that interesting but I am SO HAPPY, waited nearly 3 years for these moments (had him since he was weeks old).. I look forward to the times ahead. I have some pictures from our 3rd ride.. I was trying my new saddle on him which sadly Montana doesn't like and neither do I, so I swapped it with a friend for her hunter saddle.. beautiful! I tried that on our 4th ride and love it!! And so does Montana! Our 3rd ride together.. This is before our 4th ride together, saddling up :)
Thank you so much :) I cannot wait for the years ahead! Then when my daughter is old enough she can enjoy him just like I do! :) I am sure you will be, have to say he was broken in by an amazing breaker! He really done an amazing job! I am beaming with joy :)
