National Cavalry Competition

Hey all, hope this is where I should post this. I'm hoping someone experienced in National Cavalry Competition can give me some help. It looks really fun from what I seen off of youtube and I am very interested is getting started. I already have a uniform and the weapons they would of used from the CW as well as the tack.

1. Is there a age limit (I am 16)?

2. Is any breed of horse allowed?

3. Is the competition friendly?

4. What basic skills are you and your horse going to need to know?

Those are the questions I have for now. Lots more coming I'm sure, Thanks everybody for all you help! Chris
