Need help! I can't figure out how to get avatar or siggy.

Ok I know that this is not horse related but I have tried everything and I can't get an avatar to upload it just tells me that the pic needs to be a certain size. And I also can't get a siggy to work either and if I did I am not sure how to make one. If you have instructions on how to get a avatar and siggy that would be great thanks And also how do you make a siggy?

For an avatar it has to be no larger than 200x200 and less than 24 mb.

Photobucket as a way to resixe pictures.
    Photoshop does as well.

If you want, I can resize the photo for you.

For the sig. There is again a word limit. I don't know how to have a picture on it though. I'll have to play around with that to figure it out

I always use photoshop for mine, so I don't know how to do it from a website. I'm sure there's someone else that could help you.

Sorry can't help you out on having a photo in your signature I know it has to be pretty small since we have a small size limit here.
On the Avitar photo, I use Photobucket to resize my photos I think the thumbnail size is what I use. Just upload your photo to them and follow the directions there. Let me know if you need more help
