A) YOUR paying the trainer, and she should teach ENGLISH lessons. Is she certified? Because I have never heard of someone learning to ride english in a western saddle....
B ) In my experiance, the cues are completly different acctually.
C) Is you're daughter wants to ride english, she will have to learn in an enlgish saddle. You're center of blanace in both is VERY different. In the english saddle, it is very forward, and you sit up, with your weight forward in the hips. In a western saddle, you're more rocked back onto your seat.
