Novice male seeks school - Nottingham & surrounding areas

Hi all,

I thought I'd post a question here as I can't seem to get help anywhere else!

I've always enjoyed riding and never got very seriously into it, but in 2008 as friend was giving me lessons and I could basically ride as often as I liked.
Life, and more to the point work moved on and that stopped.

I now really would like to get back to riding again.

I'm not the youngest, fittest and sadly not the lightest of people, well 35 and around 100/110kg.
I've got my own hat etc, but being male, and heavy I've found it hard to come by anywhere where I can ride.

I'm happy to pay for some lessons, or help out doing things, I used to work as a maintenance man so could even offer skilled help. But not working presently so generally free day times.

Anyone offer up locations I'd be very grateful. Based in the NG8 postcode but can travel too!

Many Thanks in advance! Cheers Si
