    Please Help!!

Okay, so I have a problem ,(obviously.) When I trot (I ride Western) I like sitting the trot. But when my horse starts into a really fast trot,I find myself bouncing all over the saddle. Can anyone tell me how to correct my problem? Should I start posting?? Thanks! Any help would be appreciated.

You can post in a western saddle and it will help with your balance at your horse's most bounciest trot. Try it.
