    Saddle Fit?

Please no rude comments. I just need honest answers
I got this saddle when I got my horse and im really starting to think if it really fits her or not? The Gullet is 7" is FQH Bars 7.25"
When I tighten the cinch the back of my saddle lifts up. But when I sit in it, itll go down. The pad that I have is to big for her and im planning on gettin one that fits her better. As of pics, these are ones that I found on my laptop and I can't take any new ones for a few months since the horses are out in the pasture. I want to know what you guys think of how it fits? And if not, what do you think,by lookin at the pics, would suit her better. And what bars do you think would be better? And people say she's high withered. Idk if she is or not. I really want the best for my horse. And im planning on getting a new saddle anyway for rodeo, and I don't want something that fits incorrectly. She also gets a bit nippy and irratated when I tighten the cinch

The first pics, are when she was skinnier. BTW she's a BLM Mustang, so she's short and stocky.
Sorry if you can't really tell how the saddle fits in these pics.

I don't really know much about saddle fit, but its generally best to see the saddle without a saddle blanket.

To me, it does look like the saddle might be down at the front too much, which, to me, would mean that the gullet is too wide.

I'm sure some people here can offer some great advice.
