Shoulder Problems Need Help!

Ok so I have been looking all day at pictures and videos of me riding and have compared them to many other great riders at my barn/friends and have noticed one main problem. I am having trouble keeping my shoulders rolled back during my flat work. I keep trying to think about my shoulders when I ride and its been helping a little bit but the problem is still there. Does anyone have any advice or cheat-cheats that will help me to roll my shoulders back and keep them there throughout my ride? I know of a back-brace thing that would help but when I talked to my instructor about buying one, she keeps telling my that I don't need it that much for the exspence of buying it. I might be over stressing about this one thing but I feel like I don't look as well as I could and it won't help me in shows either! Any advice will help, thanks!
