To small for me?

Not sure if this is the right place to post! My quarter horse is 2 years and 6 months, she just hit 13 hands. I'm hoping she makes 13.3-14. As both her parents are 14. I am barley 5.4 and 150.00, hope to be back to 130 by spring tho !! So what I'm asking is am I too big for her? She has amazing ground manners and has just started wearing a saddle and bridle.

Green Broke
She still has atleast another year and a half- 2 years of growing I bet she makes 14. However no I don't believe you will be too big for her I am 5'4 1/2 at 120 and ride anything from 14 hand quarter horses to 14 hand arabs with no problems my trainer is about 5'6 about 125-130 nd rides 13.3 and up comfortably. As long as you are balanced and don't feel too big you should be fine.

Is she a lanky 13 or stout? That has a lot to dk with it, I prefer thicker horses to the lanky ones.

She is pretty stout. But looks lanky alot of the time as she is still having some growth spurts :)
