Static In Rugs.

Everytime I take off Joe's rug to go riding, I always get zapped with static, and just yesterday, it backfired and got him, never seen him jump so high (i fell to the ground laughing my head off) so I was wondering what can you do to stop static in rugs. HAHH.

I heard you can spray Static Guard on the blankets or saddle pads. Might help.
