Yaah my my mam suggested posting whilsat bareback so that will give my legs of steel!! And poo picking in the field which being realistic is not going to happen I just rotate!
Drybonesxvalley jogging is not going to happen I walk my dog and ride twice but that's not very impact!
I would just like to be in better shape to preform better im just to lazy to actually do it hahaha
I usually don't workout as much as I did before I started riding. Now that I am working my horse ahrd everyday I am in better shape. I would just suggest riding for longer, I ride maybe 3 hours a day on one and 2 on the other and I get a great workout! If you don't want to work your horses too much then do work on your core because it will give you balance and for your legs bareback helps a lot!
I agree. Bareback does wonder. I am proud to have toned legs :) You'll feel it in your legs.Posting is good for you too.
I as well want to get in more shape. I ride my horse but not everyday..I should but I she prefers to be lazy...a true american horse,haha. We have bonded more since I have given her breaks instead of constant riding.
I would do ab workouts..when you ride make sure you keep that stomach "tucked". You work your core while riding as well. Don't rely on just your legs and saddle to keep balanced. I'm guilty of it sometimes but I'm working on it.
