Therapy riding

Hey, I'm Sam Stead (if you hadn't guessed from my username) and I'm interested in becoming Therapy Riding Instuctor. I was hoping someone out there could answer a few questions about the feld for me?
-How did you get into this feild of work?
-what are the ideal qualifications for someone interested in this work?
-what do you like BEST about your job?
-what do you like LEAST about your job?
-What is the salary range for this type of work? (staring salary and upwards)

Thanks so much!

You'd probably get some better answers going straight to the source. Google some therapeutic riding stables and see if you can contact their instructors. The two I know of are G.A.L.L.O.P. In NYC and Ride On Therapeutic Horseback riding, Hippotherapy, Therapeutic horsemanship

Good luck!
