Gosh..had no idea that we never let you know for sure which horse we ended up with...2 years later I am informing you we got neither. Baily was a horse that kicked in his stall the day of the prepurchase exam and swelled up his fetlock/ankles, found out he cow kicks and the people watching let it slip that oh the farrier just smacks him with the rasp. The last thing that I can remember right now is he would not load in her trailer ( he had to load and we told the owner that we would be doing a lot of trailering ).

Anyways we ended up with a pretty 4 yr old buckskin mare that suits him just perfectly! She is easy going, good mind and walks right in trailer every time! Hubby has not tired of riding and drags me out way too early to hit the trails and I love it! Thank you for all your words of wisdom, I hope at least some of you that posted will see this!
