Lately at the beginning of my rides especially when I begin to post to the trot, my riding has felt quite off. After about maybe 10 minutes I loosen up and can ride normally. This has only started happening recently after my month long hiatus because of a broken pelvis(a fall off a horse of course

). Most of the stiffness seems to be in my hips and thighs so the broken pelvis probably caused it. My instructor says my hips don't look quite aligned either. Does anyone know of any stretches/exercises I could do on or off the horse to get rid of some of the stiffness or unalignmnet?
