I've seen many saddles I like, but it can be so hard to find a saddle in your price range that fits both the rider and the horse, in the end my dream saddle kind of becomes just one that fits.
What exactly is a halfbreed stock saddle? I have never heard of that! We used to ride in endurance saddles (although we never did endurance) on the trail, we could ride for HOURS in those.

Abetta Condura (western), I have one in a 17 inch for when I double, and it is soooooo comfortable and gives me so much feel of the horse. I used to ride in one that actually fit me, but it wasn't mine so I don't have it Might have stolen it had chance given!!! (jkjk). But no, in terms of synthetic western saddles, the Condura is the best I've ever ridden in.

At the moment a 24yo Stubben jumping saddle that belongs to my instructor! Not buying a saddle at the moment as Duffy is putting so much muscle on!

My old saddle, however -drools- was a Sommer Diplomat dressage saddle.. Sommer is the old Kieffer, still going, but kept its name... superb dressage saddle that put me nice and tall in my seat :)

Comfiest GP is my dad's Stubben, 18", the ones the DE police horses use!! Lush!

Looking for a kieffer or stubben next, second hand shops round here are full of them for pennies!

I currently ride in a wintec pro dressage, I really like it, although I think it's too small lol. I'm about to test out an old stubben wotan, and will take it as long as it fits me and my horse. I'm not used to leather saddles, so not sure how I will like it lol, may take some getting used to

I'm a westerner, but I'll play! I'll also do my English too... Even though I'm a begginner English rider! :P

What do you all ride in? Western: Currently, a Circle Y barrel saddle... that I don't prefer and neither does Specs... It's pretty big on both of us..
That's why I'm looking for a new one!
English: Old Collegiate... Pretty nice though. I love it.
What do you wish you rode in?
Western: Pozzi Pro barrel saddle (with the cross on the seat) (by Double J)
English: I like my saddle right now! But a band spanking new Stubben saddle would be nice! Lol.
What has been your favorite that you have ever ridden in?
WEstern: a lime green Alamo of my friend's - hopefully getting one like it soon!
English: Probably mine! But I haven't ridden in many.

My sister has an older collegiate and she really likes it, I don't think she would trade it for much- except maybe an antares :) haha, it puts her in a REALLY nice position!

Love my Tucker trail endurance saddle. Comfort is the most important.
