Devon-Aire field boot question - might buy on eBay

I found a pair of brand-new (with box) Devon-Aire Freedom field boots on eBay, buy it now for $40, which is a great price. New they are in the $80 range.

The buyer says that the tag inside the boot says "775-6S Black #3771."

Does that mean these are size 7.5? Or does that mean they are size 6? Feedback appreciated - this seems like a good deal!
