I think you may have just solved a big problem for me, ADollop. I'm currently going to active release therapy for my muscle over my left shoulder blade that is all knotted up from a couple of falls where I tried to break the fall with my left hand/arm AND a lifetime of perpetual bad posture. Thanks for posting this.

Yep I'm game always wanted one just keep forgetting about them haha. Think I may put it on my chrissi wish list this year (if I remember again hahaha!)

Stormvale, the sports medicine clinic where I get PT on my left shoulder blade gave me something similar and it's done wonders. The only thing is you really do need to wear it over something because it does cut into you under the arms. I usually where it first thing in the morning when I wake up because my shoulder blade hurts, and with 1/2 hour, 45 minutes, I can take it off and no pain. I also sometimes put it on when I'm going to be one the computer a lot.
