It's not in what we think, but in what you think.
It is you that needs to dress with confidence that your look is attractive and complimentary a package you are putting out on display, and that is what you are doing when you enter a show ring no matter what class or discipline of riding you do.
Gray is not a common color but is seen. Being different from the rest is not a bad thing, but will catch the eye of those judging, and surrounding the ring...the important person though is the show ring judge...
You need to be on your best presentation of horse and rider that day as is true of any day you enter any show ring...
