I got the hobby horse leather zip it for $21.09 so that was just a third of it on sale, although I had bid up to over $30.00 in case someone tried to snag it at the last minute, so I'm really happy with that. I would've had a hard time trying to make one for that although I checked out some leather. Clothing leather is WAY expensive. I didn't raise my bid on the other hobby horse because I thought this is enough to get me started and I have no idea what that slinky and vest originally sold for, but it went really high.
I have these three things on my watch list because no one's bidding on them yet. I thought the sheer white shirt would look good under the vest, and the red and black one too. I'm afraid to pick out another jacket, LOL, even this cheap. She said she'd combine shipping for me. Any thoughts?

I am by no means an expert, but not a fan of the white shirt.

Maybe someone who is up on all of this better then I am will chime in.

I wondered about it which is why I haven't bid on any of these yet. I'm certainly not up on anything

The only one I would even consider is the 1st one. I would really rather see you buy 1 nice new item and wear it over and over than keep buying stuff that you really do not know what you are getting and that is more out dated.

P.S. I kept buying carriage driving hats on ebay and not 1 looked good on me. I sold 1 at a big loss and the other no one bid on. Ebay is addictive

OMG, don't I know it. And try staying away when YOU sell there. That's why I'm closing up next month. I go and check out my auctions, and end up getting bored and I start looking and end up with stuff I can NOT afford.
I get my leather supplies there from the same seller, and I get my vintage decorations to put on the conchos from the same seller, and think I'm going to delete everyone else on my 'saved' seller list, LOL. The only reason I haven't stopped listing is because until the third, I don't have the money to ship some items I sold, so I list something about every day so they know I haven't run off with their money. Of course I've contacted them all and explained I had some unexpected expenses this month I wasn't prepared for (service dog got an ear infection to the tune of $170.00) but I need to stay away from there before I end up homeless with a ton of stuff!!!!!!!

OK, have a new question. I just bought three of these red vintage leather bracelets from my 'vintage' woman, and these black diamond rhinestones to go in the holes they already have. You know how with slinkies, the collar gets saggy from pulling them over your head? Well two of these bracelets will will make a perfect choker for the collar. What do you think?
