Jumping in a show coat

SO this just popped into my head
One of the classes I'm going to be entering in is hunter hack over 18" corssrails.
When I'm jumping, are you allowed to see my wrists?

Sorry, I know a picture would be very helpful in this situation.
I wish I had a picture, but my mares fetlock is a little swollen, so I'm not riding her today. If she's better tomorrow, I'll bring my show coat to my lesson and have my instructor take a video or a picture maybe.

What if I took a picture of me in a 2pt, just not on a horse? Would that be kinda helpful?

I don't see that it would be a huge deal. If you're very worried about it, get a long sleeved shirt to wear. Your gloves should allow a bit of rise in your coat sleeves. I don't feel that a judge will be thoroughly evaluating your wrists anyway (;

If we were jumping in hunters in Australia, we would be in a proper tweed show jacket. One like this:

But I am not sure what the rules and regs are over where you live so im not too sure. The ponies riders over here when they hunter jump you can see their wrists but they usually have white cuffs of their undershirt showing with nice cufflinks on them.

It's just a schooling show. Nothing fancy. Just wanted to make sure that my wrists are allowed to be seen. Thanks!

I showed for years when I was younger and I wore everything from a sleeveless show shirt to a long sleeved shirt with gloves, and I no one ever cared about my wrists :) I've even showed in a sleeveless shirt (still a nice button up with a collar and pin) without my coat, on days so hot that the judge excused coats.

At schooling level no one really cares about that stuff. Heck, I even showed in a dark blue hoodie once, and I still placed!

I need to get some photos of me in my show gear... I wear a hacking jacket/show coat (not sure what they're actually called in the US) that's navy blue with gold binding on the collar, and usually a tie that's two shades of blue. That's for showjumping and dressage. Cross country I'm just in a long sleeved T-shirt because I don't have proper silks. In-hand (showmanship??) I'm in black business slacks, shirt, tie, black jacket. All with black leather gloves. Showmanship I have a black schooling whip with a leather grip, don't use a whip for anything else as I don't need to.
