Ladies, want to keep your hats fresher?

Okay, kind of an option for the ladies out there. I saw an ad in a recent horse magazine for helmet liners. Little stick on liners for helmets or baseball caps to absorb the sweat, that you put right on the forehead part of the hat or helmet. Five of them for five dollars. Great idea, but a little spendy. They look to me, in the picture,to resemble Carefree panty liners. Peel off the back and stick to helmet. Hey, generic liners are more like, five dollars for 80 of them. I tried it and they work fabulous. Thin and absorbent, and you can change them every ride.

Green Broke
That is an awesome idea!

(BTW....pads and tampons are also great to throw in a (Human)first aid kit.)

^^ And in a horse first aid kit. Pads OR diapers work great for wounds on the bottom of the hoof, and tampons are very absorbent so they absorb blood and such really quickly.
