Question Mane tamers pattern

Ok this isn't exactly about clothing, well not for people that is. I was wondering if anyone would know where I could find a pattern to make a mane tamer. I have done search after search on the net and can't find any. I know you can buy them somewhere because I've known people who have had them.
I may have to resort to taking an old one apart for a pattern?
Thanks for your help in advance

I love that place, and it has specifications on the site for measurements, as well as links to places that sell the fabric and fittings.
