Wow I looked at some of those clothes and I guess my small bling doesn't measure up. I know the western shows around here use bling, I was just at a show a week ago Sunday and a girl had a rail shirt of like on I'm selling on ebay, item 250805102387. I'd post it here but it's too close to the end of the sale to close it. They often wear these slinkies under a blinged up vest, but the clothes I just looked at on that link cost more than my horse
I intend to show her this summer and the clothes I have for sale are the type clothes I'll be wearing. I want the judge to at least be able to SEE my horse
But I see those clothes for sale on eBay all the time so maybe they are the fad now. But I'd hate to get stuck with them next year when the fad changes. I think you've been given good advice about the hat, chaps, etc. Make sure your horse is spiffied up, your tack is clean, and I don't really think the judge cares. I could be wrong. If I have to wear a $2000 shirt to get noticed, I'll just enjoy being in the show and forget the rest. Cheryl
