This November I hope to be showing one of my miniature donkeys. So I'm looking for ideas for a showmanship outfit. My outfit idea so far is:
Nice starched blue jeans, long-sleeved button (that has a western kind of look), clean cowboy boots(they are the Bay Apache boots by Justin), a brown/black (whichever I can find in my closet) belt, a belt buckle, and a felt hat.
But I was wondering if I could wear a white long sleeved button up with a vest over it? Along with blue jeans and a hat. The vest would most likely be black, as I like the black and white look. What about a blazer jacket type thing? I would love to have a formal showmanship outfit but the ones I like the most are out of my price range (that's when I put them on my Christmas list
). Are there any other ideas? The two I am considering showing are Apache (who looks great with a royal blue) and Peanut who looks great with a rich purple). This is a local show and would be just for fun and experience so I don't have to be perfect but would like to look like I know what I'm doing when it comes to how I'm dressed.
