Suitability Patterns

I have a variety of suitability patterns and I am wondering if anyone has used them and how they like them for fit and ease to sew? Thanks.

A friend made my dressage coat from a suitability pattern and it fits fabulously! It was a long time ago, but I don't remember her compaining about the instructions, so they must have been OK, I guess?
