What color hunt coat?

I'm looking to buy a new hunt coat and was wondering what color you think would work best on this horse. He's an unusual color, so I think he may not look best in navy. Any opinions are welcome!

Ohhh pretty! Rose gray? Is that what that's called? Hmm well if you don't think navy, maybe a nice steel gray that would pick out the gray in his coat...
Or black, that's always nice, it would look good with his mane especially

Agreed, black would look best. It will set off nicely with his mane. It seems plain but with such a cool coat color, you will definitely catch some glances :) plus you don't want to be too flashy

Thanks. I like the idea of a steel gray or black coat. I think it would look really stunning.

I always loved nave with a silver pinstripe and light grey breeches, that seemed to work on just about every horse. If you don't want navy, how about a really dark green and tan breeches? I have never liked Black except for a very formal class or show but that's just my personal preference.

You can't show in red, the Olympic riders wear red.

I would go with black or navy. I love rose grays.

Nope, red is reserved for Hunt Masters and those representing their respective countries in the Olympics.

Black with a silver pinstripe would be lovely, or even a dark hunter green.
