Question Australian Stock Horse showing

I'm relatively new to the showing side of things, especially stock horses and I was wondering whether or not to use a hacking cane/whip when in a led class??

Some people use a dressage whip, some use nothing. If I don't need it I don't carry a whip.

Judges I have met have never made an issue of it - If you are worried, check the rule book :]
