Bling headstalls for Western Pleasure?

I have a headstall that has a two conchos and two buckles that have crystals in different shades of blue.

Is it okay to have `blingy` tack in western pleasure? If not, I could buy a couple more plain silver buckles and conchos and switch them on when going in the shows?

This is what mine looks like:

Bling is what everyone is wearing in Western Pleasure classes, the more the better! That head stall is very cute =]

LOTS of bling! The more the better! But not to much so that it blinds them XP. But in the western ring, it's all about the bling, and getting noticed.

Oh my goodness! haha! I thought it was only barrel racers that used all the colorful bling, and western pleasure they used silver.
I guess I was wrong! :P

Well silver and clear crystals are used much more than colored bling, but pink stones and blue stones are starting to be used in Halters and Headstalls, but I'm sure if you're only doing local shows you will be fine.
