he has done that for 3 years now he got kicked below the stifle and the barn owners left him outside for a week (we were on vacation) after it happened and the vet said he needed stall rest. and a few months later he was fine.

But you said he's stiff in his rear left & clicks, you want joint supplements??? plus He doesn't like to trot.He was recently kicked but recovered, yet something has been going on for 3 yrs, ..... yet no he's fine, the vet said so
Ok now I'm really confused to these stories, but to me that sounds like soundness issues

three years ago he got kicked in the stifle, the barn owner plus the owner of the horse kept him outside with the other 6 horses and we were on vacation. we took him to the vet a few days after we got back and asked why he was acting weird. the vet took xrays and told us he had a deep bone bruise. he stayed in a stall for 2 months with short walks and put the cream the vet gave us. we backed him up ditches and he got back in shape and we could ride again so we rode and this past winter we stopped riding because the weather and he also bucked me off one winter and i broke my arm so im a little scared riding outside durning winter (we have a barn now) but anyways he got the winter and spring off because we lost two horses and had to get another. he got depressed and thinned out and we had to get him back to a normal weight before we could work with him and his leg doesnt bother him all that much it takes about an hour of trotting to get him to feel it, and to start clicking. i havent ridding him much ive been working on my 3 and 4 year old paints, and i know that when i get back on him i just back him up and get him moving the way i want and them hes fine and does what ever. we are getting supplement to see if that helps him move better, and so we can take him trail riding next summer maybe show him a few times.

hes a lazy horse, he was from a ranch and then we got him from someone he didnt fit their needs he was too tall and wide. and he has never like going faster then a walk unless hes on a trail or heading home.
