Miniature vs. Horse

Does my miniature horse have any chance of getting a good placing against big horses in showmanship and in-hand trail?? I love to show off my miniature but there are no miniature shows around and I have my gaming horse in 4-H....can somebody give me advice please?

Sure does. My best friend shows her minis in halter and showmanship at the local open shows. She does place and does win :)

I have a friend that used to show his miniature gelding against quarter horses and other regular sized horses all the time. It wasnt very often he didn't win even against 15 or more horses per class!

I show Minis and have shown a few times against the big guys. We placed or took the class every time out. I just show my lil ones true to their own breed or the class standard [like showmanship]. I think its an ego boost, LOL, to stand in a showmanship class of 15 and take the class with a mini!
