Talking Riding club horse - what's required?

This is going to make me sound slightly stupid, but what does a riding club horse class require you to do? I have a rough idea - I just need some clarification!

Do you need to do an extended canter/gallop? Can you use a saddle cloth? What is the best way to do your individual show?

Also, do you think my horse would do well in this class?

N.b. Since these photos have been taken I have managed to get him into an outline and would I have to plait him up?
