I'm 5'6" and my mare is 14.2. Do you have photos of you on your horses?

All depends on level. 14.2 is FINE! 13.2 depends how serious but generally should be fine. 12.2 would depend on horses build but I'm guessing your not looking at national champs so all should work fine

You are definitely not too big for a 14.2h. I'm sure you can pull off being with the 13.2h too. 12.2 just depends on how you look and feel on it. I used to ride a 13.3h horse and a couple 14h horses and I'm 5'8. Yes I looked big but it doesn't matter too much. I think you are the perfect height for those ponies.

I agree, I think you'd be fine as long as your ponies are stout enough to take up your leg. (Obviously if you are long-legged and your leg is hanging down way below their bellies, you'll have a harder time and look too big.) Just for comparison, I'm 5'3" and this pony pictured, that I was training, was only 12hh, and even though I was a tad big, she took up my leg well enough that the overall effect wasn't bad at all. And she had no trouble carrying me, which is more important, I think, even than what you look like. (Please pardon the bad posture, I was 4 months pregnant and my back was killing me that day.)

It depends on how stout they are and your weight. True, if your leg is dangling way below their belly, there might be some problems. Overall, ponies are hardy and usually stout and are made to be able to carry even a full mans weight - once upon a time. Since you're only 5'2", I wouldn't think you're too big for them. :)
