I am having second thoughts about how to approach the intensive dressage tests. I chose to ride the same test (training level 1) twice in one day, in hopes of a better score instead of riding two different tests, (training level 1 and intro c)once each,is helpful if you only get one shot at it. Unless a person is used to testing and is comfortable. I am not used to testing, I have done around 10 tests so far and nerves predominate my performance. So does anyone have advice about how many tests are a good idea? Are there penelties for taking the same test more than once. Is it better to get a 58% score. On three different tests or one really good score on the highest level you can ride at? I am curious about peoples opinion.
