Futurity Question/Dilemma...HELP!

Okay so I would like to show my 3yr old this fall at a futurity he is eligible for, however I have a problem... he is a registered appaloosa but his sire is a registered quarter horse. He looks completely app, has all of the markings and traits so that begs the question, do I show him in the Quarter Horse part of the futurity or in the Appaloosa classes at the futurity?! Any information you could provide would be great! Thanks!!!

Check with the show association - I'm sure they have rules regarding that and can tell you what he is eligible for :)

I completely agree. When in doubt for what your horse qualifies for, always ask someone official.

Yeah I had just realized that a few minutes ago that I could email them so I did. If anyone else knows though that'd be great.
