Halloween Help (This Early?!)

I know it's, like, 10 months away, but I need to start early this year. Never have I ever won the costumes class at our fall horse show that takes place on Halloween Weekend. I have a light gray/white horse that could be painted on, and, well, I could do anything. I need a group costume for multiple people (and horses... the one that came to my mind was My Little Ponies...? What do you guys think? I know it's early, but I need to start now :P (I know what you're thinking, but it truly is the most competitive class at the horse show.)

One thing I thought about last year too late to suggest, it would absolutely require a white/ light gray is the Target ads. I was looking at the Christmas ad when it hit me but a light horse could be painted with the red target like they do the bull terrier in their ads, you could be Santa or elf, sack of gifts from Target in packs on horse. It could maybe be expanded for a group thing like Santa and elfs, bay and sorrel horses being reindeer but everybody packing gifts from different departments of the store. Heck maybe your local Target would even donate shopping bags with the logo or something.
