Ouchies, my bank account is smarting!

I've just done some of my memberships for this year so that I can show at affiliated level.

My bank account is now positivly screaming in pain.

    So far I've done:

Coloured horse and pony society (CHAPS) at 42 for me and 15 for Reeco
British Skewbald and Piebald Assiciation (BSPA) at 45 for me, 25 for Reeco plus 24 for competition cards to allow me to compete in RIHS qualifiers.
Northern Counties Ponies association (NCPA) - 20 (nice and cheap that one)

Total -171 plus recorded delivery as my horses passport has to be sent to them.

    I've still got to do:
    British Dressage (BD)
Welsh pony and Cob society (WPCS)
And probably British show horse assiciation (BSHA!!)

Havent worked up the courage to even look at how much the other memberships are going to cost me!

I totally understand. I'm in US dollars but so far I'm ranging about the same for registering Legacy and doing all the memberships for everything I plan on doing this year with her.

Pinto shows and registration and membership
Vanner horse society membership apparently since I'm her new own I have to re-register?
All the one day derby's. Each class is 25 dollars plus a 25 dollar daily booking fee
Regular schooling shows are ranging about an even 60 which isn't too bad so far.

I haven't counted in the numerous summer play days I want to take Caleigh to after she's pregnant since she won't be doing heavy work anymore.

And I still want to hit the beach 2-3 times this summer if I can afford it.

I haven't added everything up but I'm kinda scared to.

Oh that doesnt include entries. I'm looking at approx 200 total per show (generaly around the 40 mark per entry to county shows and fuel on top!)

All those memberships do is give me the cards to get signed in the ring to say I can go to the Champs!

I know how you feel my estimated costs are $498 plus care/hay/show attire/lessons so in the $1000 range.
