So so far we have these planned out:
The land is private property not a state road so yes you would be liable if there is a truck accident (the insurance company of the person at fault will sue the property owner to recover their losses).
A Waiver for riders is not worth the paper it is written on if someone gets hurt
....... I know that it is frustrating but you really should get legal advise BEFORE you let anyone host a show on the property. Maybe a very good idea to talk with your insurance company to clarify what WILL be covered on your current insurance
Check out these few things and if they give you the go ahead, go for it....... just make sure that you are not going to end up in jail or without a farm because of something as silly as not asking the question
