Rules on reins?

I came across very nice and comfy reins, but they are webbing (not leather) with hand stops. Are they allowed in dressage ring (just intro/training levels, US)? I tried to google and couldn't find anything so far...

Should be fine. I don't think there's any rules on the type of reins you use in the dressage ring.

Thanks, IW! I believe there are in Canada (I kinda remember someone mentioning that), but I've never heard about any in US. Just to be on safe side before ordering...
